Job Description

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.


Fresh graduates or professionals with up to 2+ years of experience in HR operations or shared services are encouraged to apply.


Strong interest in building a career in global HR operations.


Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with international teams.


High attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive attitude.


Willingness to work in evening or night shifts aligned with US time zones.


Support end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, employee movements, and exit formalities for international sites.


Prepare and issue offer letters in coordination with Site HR teams.


Assist with induction and orientation sessions to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new joiners.


Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and consistency across regions.


Help with HR data checks and audits to ensure compliance with internal and regional standards.


Support the preparation of HR reports and dashboards to track key metrics and trends.


Participate in monthly governance meetings with site stakeholders to discuss operational updates and improvement areas.


Assist in internal and external audit preparations by organizing accurate and timely HR data.


Contribute ideas to improve HR processes, streamline operations, and enhance the overall employee experience.


Support ongoing automation and standardization initiatives across HR functions.
