A. Position: Senior Executive/Executive Design (M7/M8) - Machine Division. Location: Factory at Tarapur MIDC, Boisar, Dist. Palghar, Maharashtra. We have an opportunity for a dynamic individual with a passion for results. B. You must be: Degree / Diploma Mechanical with 8 -10 years of experience in design and development of machine design / product design / special purpose machine preferably from Pharmaceutical machine / Packaging Machinery / Medical Equipment manufacturing industry. C. Your Job Responsibilities: C1. Principal thrust area: Should have background of designing world class machines for global market with customer centric approach. Must have hands-on experience on Solid works. C2. Key Deliverables: a. Able to lead projects with minimum guidance. b. Designing and modeling machine in solid works. c. Selection of material, bearing, belt, pulley and pneumatic. d. Designing of mechanisms, gears, cam, spring, pneumatic circuit e. Selection of electrical drives like AC/DC motors, stepper / servo motors. f. Estimation and Costing of parts and machine. g. Discussion, follow-up and troubleshooting with supplier. h. Working with controls for selection for PLC, sensors, relays, motor. i. Preparing manufacturing drawings D. Competencies: D1. Technical Competencies: a. Strong in conceptual design, out of box and logical thinking. b. Sound knowledge of GD&T and cGMP & CE standards. c. Knowledge of design tools like FMEA, risk analysis. d. Well conversant with Solid works. e. Good communication skill. f. Cost effective product designing skills. g. Sound knowledge of manufacturing process and machining. D2. Behavioural Competencies: a. Should be passionate about Product designing. b. Should have strong attention to detail and a desire for perfection. c. Self \xe2\x80\x93 driven with customer centric approach. f. Good team player within department and Cross functional team working. e. Quality conscious approach. f. Delivering Consistent Results. E. Reporting & Responsibility: Head Machine Design. F. Job Location: 1. Tarapur MIDC. Tarapur MIDC, Boisar, Dist. Palghar, Maharashtra. 2. For outstation bachelors, Company provides a subsidized bachelor\'s flat with a cook. For outstation families, Company provides subsidized accommodation in company owned buildings. Relocation allowance is offered. 3. Tarapur- Railway station Boisar takes 1.5 hrs. by train from Borivali Station or by road via Western Express Highway. 4.
