Job Description

Look after maintenance and operations of DM Water Plant & Purified Water Plant in shifts. Exposure to documentation of Water Systems - Qualifications & validations & CSV Exposure to QMS & LMS applications Exposure to audits fronting - customer & regulatory Recording & Ensuring daily Water Treatment operational log sheets as per GDP. Close monitoring & ensuring PPE usage by workmen at operational areas. Operation & Sanitization, CIP & Regeneration of Water Treatment Plants on day to day basis. Close monitoring the process water consumption & tracking the abnormalities. Addition of water treatment chemicals and recording the same. Preparation of list of spares & day to day monitoring the availability of critical spares. Ensuring the completion of the breakdown, planned jobs and cross verifying the same. Report any incident/accident / near miss / illness to the superiors. As per schedules preventive maintenance of water system shall be ensured. Monitor usages of PPEs, respiratory protection equipment and ensure maintenance & cleanliness. Observe unsafe acts and conditions and take corrective & preventive actions immediately. Also responsible for the work of senior in the absence of senior. Follow cGMP standards. Follow good engineering practices. * Maintain good housekeeping & ensure cleanliness & no leakages of water plants round the clock.
