Job Description

Train R&D stake holder on the EHS requirements in the company. Conduct regular safety inspections of laboratories, test areas and office spaces. Track identified opportunities for improvement. Help R&D & compliance team to comply with legal requirements. Conduct Risk Assessment in the R&D Centre. Suggest and implement control measures to mitigate identified risks. Conduct Incident investigation and identify CAPA and track implementation of the same. Conduct mock drills (fire, electrical shock, chemical spill, gas leakage etc.) and ensure readiness of firefighting systems, first aid kits, and emergency exits. Review and update emergency response plans. Support internal and external audits and ensure the implementation of the recommended actions.
