The role requires strong hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and close coordination with internal teams and seller stakeholders to ensure seamless execution, business growth, and superior customer experience on Amazon marketplace.Key Responsibilities : 1. New Product Launch- Coordinate end-to-end launch of new products on e-commerce platforms.- Create, upload, and manage product listings ensuring timely go-live.- Support launch marketing initiatives in collaboration with internal stakeholders.2. Catalogue Management- Manage and maintain product catalogues across Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, and other 3P platforms.- Optimize product titles, descriptions, keywords, images, and A+ content to improve visibility and conversions.- Ensure catalogue accuracy, compliance, and completeness at all times.3. Inventory & Stock Management- Monitor inventory levels to avoid stock-outs and excess inventory.- Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams for replenishment planning.- Track aging inventory and recommend corrective actions.4. E-Commerce Operations Management- Manage daily operations for Amazon Seller Flex and 3P seller models, including order processing, shipping, and SLA adherence.- Analyze order flow and resolve fulfillment and operational issues.- Act as the primary Point of Contact (POC) for Amazon seller operations and internal store teams.- Handle returns, claims, chargebacks, and Amazon platform escalations efficiently.5. E-Commerce Advertising & Marketing- Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns on Amazon Ads and other marketplace platforms.- Track campaign performance, ROI, ACOS/ROAS, and conversion metrics.- Recommend improvements using data-driven insights.6. Data Analysis & Reporting- Analyze sales, traffic, conversion, and product-level performance using Amazon Seller Central analytics, reports, and dashboards.- Prepare periodic MIS reports and performance dashboards for management review.- Share actionable insights to improve revenue, efficiency, and seller performance.7. Accounts Reconciliation- Reconcile Amazon marketplace statements, settlements, and transactions.- Coordinate with finance teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance.8. Stakeholder Coordination- Work closely with Product Development, Procurement, Finance, Supply Chain, and Selling Partners.- Align Amazon and e-commerce execution with overall business growth objectives.9.
