About this Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-focused HR Advisor to join our AskHR team in Pune. This role serves as the first point of contact for employees, providing accurate and timely HR advice across policy and process queries via email, web chat, and online platforms. The individual will play a key role in ensuring service level agreements are met, employee experience is enhanced, and continuous process improvements are identified and implemented
Who you are

• A graduate with 1-5 years of experience in HR operations or employee services.
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal abilities and sound judgement in resolving queries.
• Comfortable working in a structured environment with defined KPIs and service levels.
• Skilled in basic problem-solving and email etiquette.
