to join our Sales & Operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing a reliable vendor network across India for transportation services. This role requires strong coordination skills, a deep understanding of logistics operations, and the ability to ensure smooth end-to-end delivery of goods.
1. Customer Support Executive
Identify, approach, and onboard reliable transportation vendors across India.
Verify vendor credentials including legal documents, permits, and capacity checks.
Maintain and regularly update the national vendor database.
Coordinate with vendors for timely
pickup and delivery
of consignments.
Share trip/booking details with vendors and ensure they follow SOPs.
Handle vendor communication for freight rates, routes, transit times, and issue resolution.
Ensure goods are delivered safely and any delivery exceptions are handled efficiently.
Collaborate with internal sales/customer support team if a customer is not being handled properly.
Monitor vendor performance regularly and take corrective action when required.
Manage vendor payments, expense verification, and feedback collection.
Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat.
Provide information about packing, moving, pricing, and timelines.
Coordinate bookings and update customers on shipment status.
Handle complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
