Job Title: Vendor Manager Partner Support
About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for managing assigned restaurant accounts, supporting their
operational needs, and ensuring seamless coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
You will act as the go-to person for partners and internal POCs to resolve queries efficiently and
accurately.
Key Responsibilities
1. Partner Onboarding
Assist new restaurant partners through the onboarding process.
Ensure all necessary documentation is collected and validated.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely go-live.
2. Information Management
Maintain and update restaurant information such as menu details, GST/FSSAI certificates,
banking details, and more.
Ensure all changes are recorded accurately in the system.
Monitor data consistency and follow up on missing/incomplete information.
3. Query Resolution
Act as the first point of contact for partner and internal POC queries.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to partner operations, account changes, and
system errors.
Escalate complex issues to relevant teams while ensuring timely resolution.
4. Relationship Management
Build strong relationships with assigned partners to ensure high satisfaction and long-
term engagement.
Gather feedback from partners and provide insights to improve internal processes.
5. Coordination and Reporting
Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Ops, Tech, Finance) to ensure partner needs are
met.
Share regular status updates and reports with internal stakeholders.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor s degree or equivalent.
1-2 years of experience in vendor management, operations, or account management
roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets.
