We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Plant Maintenance System Engineer with 3-5 years of experience in industrial maintenance operations and hands-on exposure to SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) module. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing the plant maintenance system to ensure reliability, compliance, and efficient operation of plant equipment and assets.
What you'll do

+ Implement, manage, and support the Plant Maintenance System, including planning, scheduling, and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities. + Ensure accurate and timely entry of maintenance data into SAP PM.
+ Create and maintain equipment master data, maintenance plans, task lists, and work orders in SAP.
+ Monitor maintenance KPIs and generate reports to support decision-making.
+ Work closely with maintenance, operations, and engineering teams to ensure asset reliability and continuous improvement.
+ Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance strategies and best practices.
+ Provide user training and support for SAP PM users on the shop floor.
+ Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in all maintenance activities.
+ Participate in audits and support documentation related to maintenance history and asset performance.

What we are looking for

+ Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field. + 3-5 years of experience in plant maintenance within a manufacturing or process industry.
+ Practical experience and good working knowledge of SAP PM module.
+ Familiarity with maintenance strategies such as TPM, RCM, and reliability engineering.
+ Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
+ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
+ Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
+ SAP PM certification or formal training is an advantage.
