We are looking for a marketing professional who can design and deliver 360-degree communication strategies for products and services. The ideal candidate will combine analytical thinking with creative storytelling to build impactful marketing campaigns, mainstream and digital, that strengthen brand positioning and drive engagement.
Strategy And Planning
Develop and implement integrated marketing and communications strategies that align with business and brand objectives.
Create end-to-end campaign roadmaps covering digital, offline, PR, and stakeholder communications.
Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, risks, and white spaces for positioning.
Research and insights
Lead primary and secondary research to inform campaign planning and product positioning.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviour to keep strategies relevant.
Content and communication development
Develop compelling content for campaigns, product collaterals, corporate communications, and thought leadership.
Collaborate with design and creative teams to produce impactful materials (brochures, presentations, videos, case studies).
Ensure consistent tone, messaging, and brand voice across all channels.
Media planning & executionCreate integrated media plans across digital, print, outdoor, and broadcast platforms.
Work with agencies and vendors to negotiate, optimize, and execute media buys.
Ensure campaigns are ROI-driven and well-tracked across channels.
Digital communications & campaignsDrive digital communication strategies using social media, email marketing, and paid campaigns.
Oversee content calendars, engagement strategies, and performance tracking for digital platforms.
Experiment with new content formats (reels, polls, thought-leadership posts, webinars) to expand reach.
Cross-functional collaborationPartner with capabilities, business development, and leadership teams to align communications with organizational goals.
Provide marketing intelligence to support business growth initiatives.
Ensure smooth execution of cross-industry campaigns with measurable impact.
Requirements
Key Skills
Proven ability to design 360marketing campaigns that blend research, creative storytelling, and execution.
Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Ads Manager, CMS platforms, and creative suites (Canva/Adobe).
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to measure and optimize campaign performance.
