Operating in India and Saudi Arabia, serving clients in India, US, GCC, and Africa across various industries.Job OverviewSenior Executive - Treasury and Imports with 7 to 10 years of experience in Import/Export Operations, Letter of credit, Bank Guarantees, LC, Finance and Accounting. Full-Time position based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage import/export operations, letter of credit, and bank guarantees
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and formalities of export and imports
• Handle financial transactions and accounting processes
• Utilize SAP for financial management and reporting
• Manage and oversee bank account management function, opening closing of bank accounts, KYC, signatory management, bank account database management, GL set-up and H2H set-ups.
• Manage and oversee the IHC (In house cash/bank) flows and settlements, loans and interests with Bunge subsidiaries
• Manage the online banking system, user management, bank admin function, credit card management and its associated controls
• To oversee the see the FX dealing function, cash pooling and cash forecasting/planning process
• Manager treasury back-office function - Deal Confirmations and Settlements of multiple currencies for various countries/geographies

Qualifications and Skills

• B.Com., M.Com., or MBA with 610 years of working experience is a must.
• Should have worked for a larger company who have been doing Import and export activities.
• Should be aware of norms for the import of goods like customs duty, SEZ, etc,
• Strong knowledge of finance with respect to documentation and follow-up
• Experience in Import/Export Operations and a Letter of Credit
• Should be willing to travel to Saudi Arabia for job purposes.
• Should hold a valid passport.
• Proficiency in Bank Guarantees and LC Processes
• Strong background in finance and accounting
• Knowledge of formalities and statutory compliances
• Familiarity with SAP for financial management
• Good knowledge in import and export procedures and good knowledge in LC and bank guarantee.
• Immediate joiners are preferred, or a 30-day notice period will be given.
