Job Description

Coordinates cross functional teams to drive process improvements for Productivity, Material Flow and Cost reduction and involves in different process improvements based on Lean manufacturing, 5S, TPM, etc. Designing and raising requirements for gauges, jigs, and fixtures for new products. Preparation of plant layouts to have better resource utilization and monitoring man/machine utilization. Assists in productivity data analysis and methods for improvement in the process of setting new productivity norms Contribute in new product design and implementation on shop floor. To identify barriers in project implementation with the help of cross functional department heads when needed. Supporting prototype development and resolving tooling-related challenges Implementation of Semi/Fully automation projects. BE(Mechanical) / DME Experience in Engineering or related Industry is preferred. BE with 3 to 5 years & DME with 4 to 6 years Proficiency in MS Office & AutoCAD Knowledge of Product Related Quality norms & Various applicable standards. Knowledge of Integrated Management system Knowledge of Work Study, Time Study and Productivity Norms. Knowledge of Manufacturing Process, Tool Engineering activities.
