Roles and Responsibilities:The incumbent will be:1) Responsible for inbound/outbound prospect calls and convert them into sales.2) Sell products by establishing and developing relationships with prospects.3) Ability to convert high revenue leads.4) Ability to retain customers to increase repeat business.5) Customer identification, call planning, account management and closing.6) Maintain all clients contact details in CRM system (Clients Contacts, Call Reports, Price Quotes, Email Correspondence.7) Develop and maintain business plans to achieve sales targets.Desired profile:1. Graduate in any stream. Engineering graduates preferred.2. Experience in online/telesales/telemarketing.3. Proficiency in spoken English is a must.4. Familiarity with e-commerce and its components5.
