We are looking for a dynamic and passionate HR professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring timely and quality hiring to meet business needs. This role requires strong sourcing skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment:
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to onboarding.
Sourcing & Screening:
Identify potential candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other channels.
Job Posting:
Create and manage job postings on various platforms to attract top talent.
Interview Coordination:
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with business leaders to understand hiring needs and provide regular updates.
Database Management:
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Employer Branding:
Support initiatives to enhance the organization's employer brand.
Compliance:
Ensure adherence to company policies and recruitment standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions and work under tight deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Preferred Skills
Experience in hiring for Non IT, Engineering, or Leadership roles.
Familiarity with campus hiring and bulk recruitment.
Knowledge of current market trends and innovative sourcing strategies.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
