Job Description

Job Planning & Stakeholder Engagement:



Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and workforce planning needs. Define and document job descriptions and recruitment strategies for each role.

Sourcing & Candidate Pipeline Management:



Source candidates proactively using job portals, social media (LinkedIn, etc.), referrals, and networking. Build and manage robust talent pipelines for both current and future hiring needs.

Screening & Evaluation:



Conduct resume screening, phone interviews, and initial evaluations. Shortlist candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and panels.

Interview Management & Coordination:



Schedule interviews, manage logistics, and ensure timely feedback at every stage. Act as a point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive experience.

Offer Management & Onboarding:



Negotiate and extend job offers in coordination with HR and Compensation teams. Support pre-boarding and onboarding processes for new hires.

Recruitment Analytics & Reporting:



Track hiring metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source effectiveness, etc.). Provide regular updates and dashboards to stakeholders and leadership.

Employer Branding & Projects:



Contribute to employer branding initiatives (career pages, social media campaigns, recruitment events). Support diversity hiring initiatives and other strategic TA projects.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?450,000.00 - ?620,000.00 per year
