OBJECTIVE OF ROLE

As an IT Recruiting Executive/Sr. Executive at IGT Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in our talent acquisition process, ensuring the identification and recruitment of top-tier IT professionals. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and strategically source, evaluate, and select candidates. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT Recruiter to contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities: * Full-cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers.

• Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing strategies, such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to build a strong pipeline of IT talent.
• Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their specific hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Candidate Assessment: Conduct thorough technical interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates\' skills, experience, and cultural fit within the organization.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging technologies to provide valuable insights to hiring managers and contribute to the overall talent acquisition strategy.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.

Reporting and Metrics: Track and report on recruitment metrics, providing regular updates to management on the status of open positions and overall recruitment efforts

EXPERIENCE

5+ years
Strong interpersonal skills, strong relationship management and negotiation skills
Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills.

• Strong process flow and diagramming skills.
• Strong communication skills - verbal, written, listening and presentation.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Expertise in business process analysis, system analysis and data analysis
• Very proficient in developing requirements definition, functional specifications, data models and business procedures
• Proficient in software fit analysis
• Expertise in MS Office, MS Project, Visio and other PC software
• Has advanced knowledge of audit principles through extensive experience.
• Has strong understanding of the business processes in assigned areas to best implement policies and practices.

QUALIFICATION

• BE/B Tech
• Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies and software development methodologies.
• Strong interpersonal skills, strong relationship management and negotiation skills
• 5+ years audit experience
