Job Purpose:
This role will be responsible to support the Supply Chain Manager in planning and ensuring availability of material as per S&OP using ERP system.
Job Context:
MRP, Material Planning as per the Plan/requirements using ERP.
Job Dimensions:
This role will be based in Nasik, should be ready to travel at Suppliers place.
Key Accountabilities
These will include:
- Purchasing In time - Monitoring daily Receipts and tracking the parts availability for daily plan
- Outsourcing - development of outsourcing of assemblies and meeting monthly targets
- Inventory management - Inventory control and working on vendor managed inventory
- Identification of Business risk in terms of Purchasing and Supply chain management
- Analysing and reduction in the Suppliers COPQ
- Measure Supplier capacity to respond to demand
- Response to urgent customer requirements
- Maintaining Integrated management System of ISO 9001
- Sourcing of Fabrication, Machined, nonferrous Parts
- Souring of Imports
- Improve supplier OTIF
- Create Vendor managed inventory ( VMI)
- Convergent with local and global shipping process
1 Degree in a Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 8+ years of experience in Supplier management, Procurement
2. Knowledge of sourcing Fabrication parts, Imports, Machined Components
3. Should be well versed with supply chain activities.
4. Shipping experience
