CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

? Negotiating subcontract terms and conditions with subcontractors Manage subcontracting Agencies

within projects

? Ensure subcontractor services are delivered effectively, efficiently, and within budget

? understand Drawing and Projects specifications as per BOQ / Drawings

? Regularly monitoring subcontractor performance against agreed-upon terms, timelines, and quality

standards

? Negotiating subcontract terms and conditions with subcontractors as per Company Payment terms

? Need to Manage multiple projects, subcontractors, and deadlines requires strong organizational abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month

Experience:

Sub Contract Management: 3 years (Required) BOQ: 1 year (Required)
