Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies. Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP or inventory management systems. Ensure proper storage and handling of goods to prevent damage or loss. Monitor stock levels and initiate reordering as needed. Coordinate with procurement and accounts teams for stock reconciliation. Conduct periodic stock audits and physical verification. Prepare and maintain reports related to stock movement, shortages, and excesses. Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards in the store. Handle dispatches and logistics coordination for outgoing materials. Liaise with vendors and transporters for timely delivery and pickups.
Diploma or Graduation in any discipline.
