Key Responsibilities:

1. Material Management:

o Coordinate with procurement and project teams to ensure timely sourcing and delivery of materials.

o Oversee the receipt, inspection, and verification of incoming materials and equipment.

o Ensure materials are stored safely and systematically to prevent damage or loss.

2. Inventory Control:

o Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory systems regularly.

o Conduct periodic stock audits and reconcile physical stock with system data.

o Monitor stock levels and raise purchase requests to avoid shortages or overstocking.

3. Distribution & Issuance:

o Issue materials to various departments or sites as per approved indents.

o Maintain proper documentation for all material issues, transfers, and returns.

o Track movement of materials between sites and ensure accountability.

4. Documentation & Reporting:

o Maintain records of goods received, inspection reports, and daily stock updates.

o Prepare periodic stock statements and consumption reports for management review.

o Support internal and external audits by ensuring documentation accuracy and compliance.

5. Coordination & Compliance:

o Liaise with vendors, logistics teams, and project engineers for smooth material flow.

o Ensure all activities adhere to company procedures and safety guidelines.

o Support implementation of digital inventory systems and continuous improvement initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualification:

Any Degree

Experience:

3 to 5 years of experience in Stores or Inventory Management within Construction or Real Estate

Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of material handling and inventory control procedures

Proficiency in store documentation and ERP/inventory software

Excellent coordination and communication skills

Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

Strong sense of accountability and process compliance

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
