Job Description

About the Job -

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to manage day-to-day store operations, including inventory control, material kitting, SAP transactions, and coordination with production and SCM teams.

Count QC-cleared materials and perform proper location-wise binning with bin card updates. Kit materials accurately as per production requirements, including electronic components. Issue materials to production through SAP as per the production schedule. Create SAP delivery challans (DC) for raw material movement and tracking. Raise NCMR SAP DCs for rework and replacement of non-conforming materials. Maintain records of scrap materials and coordinate their proper disposal. Prepare monthly shortage reports aligned with production planning. Generate weekly shortage reports for Supply Chain Management (SCM) meetings. Update and maintain phone tracker for issued and serviced phones. Keep kitting tracker up to date with all issued and pending kits. Prepare monthly raw material (RM) inventory reports. Generate monthly raw material (RM) consumption reports. Track and record phone servicing details in the service phone tracker.

Technical Competencies -

Minimum 2-4 years of experience in stores/inventory control, preferably in a manufacturing Working knowledge of

SAP

Proficient in

MS Excel

, including data tracking and reporting.
