Job title: Senior Executive - Statutory Compliance
:
1. Filing monthly, quarterly, half yearly, yearly returns under various applicable laws such as Shop and Establishment (S&E), Bonus, Maternity, CLRA, ER1, ESIC, PT etc.
2. Amendment/New Registration/ Renewal/ Surrender under various applicable laws such as S&E, CLRA, PF, ESIC, PT, Gartuity, LWF & ER1
3. Responsible for conducting monthly CLRA audit of external vendors and preparing the audit report
4. Ensuring compliance completion within timeline and mainitaing and publishing monthly and yearly compliance tracker 5. Visiting government offices like PT, LWF, Labor as and when required
