Role SummaryAs a Senior Executive – Site Coordinator, you’ll support daily site operations at the Hyderabad office, handle logistics for events and meetings, and act as the main contact for site-related queries. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues, maintain records, and help foster a safe, inclusive, and well-organized workplaceRole responsibilities
 

  • Support with day-to-day operations of the site.
  • Coordinate and support organise site events, meetings, town halls, and wellbeing activities.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for site-related inquiries
  • Assist with site communications, including updates, signage, and engagement campaigns.
  • Help report site performance data and maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Coordinate with crossfunctional teams such as Facilities, IT, HR, and Security for issue resolution.
  • Assist in implementing workplace policies, health & safety procedures, and compliance measures.
  • Provide administrative support for related site related expenses and budget
  • Help foster a workplace culture that values positivity, inclusivity, and organization
Key Skills & Experience
  • Experience in site coordination, facilities, or operations support in a corporate setting.
  • Optimally coordinates multiple tasks while maintaining structured workflows
  • Skilled in clear communication and stakeholder collaboration
  • High attention to detail and a proactive demeanor.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience working with teams and service providers.
