Job Description

Major Responsibilities
1. Responsible for production planning of related value stream.
2. Coordination with MRP / OE for Rolling forecast / firm plan.Prepare monthly /weekly/ Daily production plan as per plan from OE / MRP. Generate week wise material requirement and communicate to supplying agencies. Monitoring of daily production plan and material receipts. Work centre scheduling. Run card/Production Order release for machine shop / Assembly as per production plan/orders. Preparation of various reports (Release, Feedback) for Production performance (WIP control chart / Gap Analysis). Updation of Delay Analysis in DMAIC Report. Maintain 3 days WIP in Assembly. Coordinate with buyers for material required for daily plan. Maintain Zero COGI. Strategic stocking of in-house components/ pumps/ motors as per MPS Timely coordination for correction in safety stock/ROL with MRP Daily follow-up for GRN & QM lot clearance with stores/ QM respectively.

Functional Skills:Knowledge of Material Requirement Planning and material Process Planning. Knowledge of Project Management and Inventory Management. Knowledge of SAP MM/SD/PP/IM Module. Proficiency in MS Office. Planning, Execution and Control. Knowledge of Integrated Management System. Knowledge of lean manufacturing
