Must Have:

In-depth knowledge of agile frameworks like Scrum and Kanban
Knowledge of agile practices- sizing, sprint grooming, release planning, burn-downs, retrospectives.
Experience in handholding projects following agile frameworks and facilitate building market winning products
Good understanding of engineering processes and best practices - Design, Construction, DevSecOps, Test Automation, Release
Knowledge of agile and quality metrics
Experience in collecting and analyzing project related metrics
Experience in defining new processes, best practices and institutionalizing them across accounts
Experience/knowledge in conducting gap analysis and undertake process improvements based on the process requirements of the organization, mentoring teams and groups as needed to drive process compliance

Good to have:

Certification in: SAFE Agilist, Professional Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Master
Basic/implementation knowledge of CMMi Dev V1.3, CMMi V2.0, ISO 9001, 27001 and 27701 standards
Experience/knowledge of participating in organization process forums like SEPG and accomplishing the action items discussed
Experience/knowledge in working with tools like: JIRA (or other ALM tools), Visio (for process/workflows), SonarQube

Experience in conducting training sessions for the project teams to ensure smooth implementation of the process and process improvements
