Security Guard Services Oversight Manage and supervise the security guard team, ensuring adequate training and performance
Prepare duty rosters and assign guards to different posts based on risk assessment.
Monitor guard activities to ensure compliance with security protocols and standards
Investigate security incidents and prepare detailed reports for management.
Coordinate with other departments, law enforcement, and emergency services when necessary
Manage security equipment, uniforms, and resources to ensure guards are well-equipped.
Implement and enforce security policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Report any unusual activity or security breaches promptly.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to enhance team effectiveness.
CCTV and Access Control System (ACS) Management Oversee installation, monitoring, and maintenance of CCTV cameras and ACS.
Review and analyse CCTV footage for suspicious activities or incidents.
Ensure proper access control to restricted areas using ACS, including issuing access cards
and maintaining access logs.
Manage procedures for employee, visitor, and vendor entry and exit
Maintain accurate logs of all personnel and goods entering or leaving the premises.
Enforce security protocols to prevent unauthorized access.
Company Assets Management
Assets/Compliance/Documentation Safeguard company assets by implementing strict security measures
Maintain records and inventories of assets under security oversight.
Ensure compliance with company security policies and procedures.
Respond immediately to emergencies, alarms, or incidents.
Support enforcement of safety regulations and fire safety measures.
Assist employees, visitors, and contractors with security-related queries.
Document incidents accurately and submit detailed reports.
