Profile Senior Executive- SCM (EXIM & Purchase)
Experience - 5 To 7 yrs.
Qualification- Any Graduate (B.A./ B. Com / BSC)
Location- Manesar
Responsibilities
Export/Import documentation.
Customs clearance of Imports and Export activities,CHA Handling.
Having a good knowledge of Advance and EPCG Licencing documentation.
Knowledge of GST
Knowledge of SAP system.
Knowledge of Drawback and RoDTEP scheme
Job Work Document Preparation
Maintaining the Dispatch record Shipment wise.
Follow and practice safety and environmental policies and procedure.
Having a good knowledge of AEO-T2 certification
Knowledge of SAP MM and SD module.
Knowledge of freight forwarding and should be able to to make comparison and finalization of freight forwarder.
Will be responsible for timely pick-up of Import and export shipments.
Ensure that material should be pick-up as per PPC plan
Communication should be good as this role required day to day interaction with foreign suppliers and customers.
Should be able to handle the pressure.
Knowledge of Foreign Trade Policy and Tariff reading.
Knowledge of OEM supplies and their implications
Should be from Manufacturing Background
Knowledge

Knowledge of Logistics and Exim Activities.
Knowledge of Ms-office & SAP/ERP
Fluency / command over English Language
Desirable
Knowledge in handling system audits
