strengthening and expanding the business relationship with Aisin Automotive Karnataka Pvt. Ltd.
, one of our key existing Japanese Tier-1 automotive clients.
In addition, the role will involve identifying and developing
new potential customers
within the automotive and industrial equipment sectors in the surrounding Karnataka region.
The product portfolio mainly includes
industrial tools, production machinery, measuring instruments, and equipment
used in automotive manufacturing.
The successful candidate will manage the
entire sales cycle
-- from understanding technical requirements and proposing optimal solutions, to coordinating deliveries, handling after-sales support, and sourcing new local suppliers.
The role requires close communication with Aisin's engineering and purchasing teams, as well as collaboration with Toyo's Japanese headquarters and external suppliers.

(1) Account Management (Existing Client)
Maintain and further strengthen the relationship with
Aisin Automotive Karnataka Pvt. Ltd.
Regularly visit the client's plant in Achatnahalli to understand production requirements and ongoing projects.
Handle daily communication with Aisin's procurement and technical teams to address inquiries, quotations, delivery schedules, and payment status.
Identify opportunities to introduce new products, tools, or equipment that improve productivity or cost efficiency.
Coordinate with Japanese suppliers and Toyo's HQ to prepare proposals and quotations.
Provide full after-sales follow-up, including installation coordination and service response.
(2) New Business Development
Explore and acquire new business opportunities with
other automotive or component manufacturers
located around Karnataka.
Promote Toyo's strong global and local sourcing network to position the company as a total solution provider.
Participate in industrial exhibitions and networking events to expand business reach.
(3) Local Supplier Development & Procurement Support
Identify and build relationships with
local Indian equipment and tool manufacturers
capable of supplying Aisin and other clients.
Evaluate supplier capabilities (quality, lead time, cost) and coordinate trials or prototype deliveries.
Support procurement-related documentation and contract processes in cooperation with Toyo Japan HQ.
(4) After-Sales Support & Coordination
Provide after-sales support to Aisin and new customers by coordinating service engineers, suppliers, and logistics.
Respond to technical or delivery issues promptly and ensure customer satisfaction.
Collect feedback from clients to improve product and service quality.
Mandatory qualifications
?Fluently English and Kannada or Hindi communications skill.
?Over 6 years of experience in sales of industrial tools, machines, or equipment to Tier1 auto component manufacturing client.
?Be able to frequently visit clients in the Achatnahalli area without any difficulty or inconvenience in commuting.
?Be able to use own four-wheeler for client visits and sales activities.
?Candidate should be ready to work from office once in a week.
? Preferable qualifications
?Candidates in and nearby to Achatnahalli/Hoskote/Kolar or any nearby locations are preferred.
?Having a wide network of connections with local equipment manufacturers and experience in developing new procurement sources.
?Familiarity with factory environments and manufacturing processes
?Work experience of Japanese Manufacturing or Trading company.
