Job Summary
The Senior Executive - Sales is responsible for driving property sales, managing client relationships, achieving revenue targets, and supporting the overall growth of real estate and construction projects. The role involves handling high-value clients, coordinating with internal teams, and executing sales strategies effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and close sales opportunities for residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners
Conduct site visits, project presentations, and negotiations with prospective buyers
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Generate leads through market research, networking, and referrals
Coordinate with marketing, legal, and construction teams to ensure smooth sales execution
Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and client documentation
Handle customer queries, objections, and post-sales follow-ups
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies
Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (MBA preferred)
4-6 years of experience in real estate or construction sales
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹540,000.00 per year
