+ Identifying prospective corporate clients, generating business from the existing clientele, thereby achieving business targets
+ Managing Key Accounts to generate repeat orders
+ Working with multiple sectors for business generation through training programs
+ Monitoring sales and marketing activities; implementing effective strategies to maximize sales and accomplishment of revenue targets
+ Mapping client's requirements and providing them expert advisory services pertaining to selection of right products
+ Interacting HR and L&D managers for sales of the training programmes
+ To generate other cross sales activities with Academy and other business streams
+ Responsible for payment collections
+ Ensure adherence to the HSE roles, responsibilities & accountabilities as defined in MS-0047700-HSE Roles Responsibilities & Authorities.
+ Comply and ensure implementation of the company's and the customer's Quality, Health and Safety and Environmental Process requirements.
Experience & Further Qualifications

+ Good knowledge in English (B1 Intermediate), fluent in area language, further language welcome but not required.
+ User knowledge in MS Office, Salesforce.com.
+ Proven track record in sales.
+ Consultative Sales: Pronounced technical comprehension in the field / related area.
+ Pronounced ability for self-motivation.

+ 3-5 years of professional experience in Sales or related area.
Consultative Sales:
+ 5-10 years of professional experience in Sales or related area.
+ Ideally first experience in Testing, Inspection, Certification (TIC) or related field.
