Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven
Sr. Executive - Sales
with strong experience in the real estate industry. The role involves lead generation, customer engagement, coordination with the pre-sales team, conducting site visits, and converting prospects into confirmed bookings.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with the pre-sales team to schedule and plan site visits
Attend site visits at project locations and engage directly with customers
Explain project features, pricing, and benefits to prospective buyers
Build strong relationships with clients and handle follow-ups
Convert qualified leads into bookings and achieve sales targets
Maintain accurate customer and sales records
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and booking processes
Qualifications & Skills
Graduate in any discipline
Minimum 2-3+ years of proven sales experience in the
Real Estate industry
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Strong customer-handling and relationship-building abilities
Self-motivated, presentable, and target-oriented
Willingness to travel for site visits
