Job Description

Role Overview
This role is responsible for driving sales data accuracy, MIS reporting, distributor claim management, and ensuring smooth functioning of sales systems and processes across the West Zone. The position requires strong analytical capability, excellent coordination skills, and hands-on experience with sales data, ERP, and distributor management.
Key Responsibilities
1. MIS Reporting & Sales Data Analysis
Prepare primary & secondary sales dashboards, tracking manpower and product-wise performance.
Conduct secondary customer analysis to identify new/lost customers and evaluate growth or degrowth trends.
Perform sales data analysis across various periods (MTD, Monthly, Quarterly, Half-Yearly, Yearly).
Support incentive calculation for the sales team based on defined performance parameters.
Prepare product-wise and team-wise sales budgets aligned with business objectives.
Generate ad-hoc analytical reports as required by zonal leadership.
2. Secondary Sales ERP Process & Claim Management
Manage monthly distributor-wise secondary sales uploads, follow-ups, and closures.
Handle distributor claims, including generation, validation, follow-ups, and timely closure.
Resolve queries related to Trade Claims, Sample Claims, Damage Claims, Freight Claims, etc.
Oversee customer creation, associate mapping, and segmentation in the ERP system.
3. Sales System & Process Operations
Support sales order modifications, new distributor SO creation, and free goods addition in SO.
Maintain distributor-associate mapping for new additions and changes.
Collect quarterly distributor closing stock and prepare stock analysis reports.
Handle documentation and verification for new distributor appointments.
Collect, verify, and submit equipment support documents for customers.
Manage QPS and scheme processes, including free goods scheme creation in SAP and reconciliation.
Train new sales associates in secondary sales ERP activities.
Coordinate with the Head Office Sales Admin Team for distributor onboarding and approvals.
Experience & Qualification Requirements
Bachelor's degree from a reputed university.
Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in MIS, sales coordination, sales data analysis, claims processing, and distributor management.
Strong proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with BI tools.
Experience working on Sales ERP / SAP is preferred.
