Job Description

We are looking for the sales support senior personnel (especially Malayalam speaking) to work in the reputed manufacturing gems and jewellery company located in Hyderabad.

(preferred language is Malayalam as)

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

Manage sales documents, reports, and data.

Order Processing:

Ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently, including handling payment and shipping information.

Inventory Management:

Assist with tracking inventory levels, managing stock, and restocking displays.

Customer Service:

Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide after-sales support.

Sales Support:

Prepare presentations, generate sales reports, and assist with marketing initiatives.

Sales Operations:

Support the sales team by providing administrative, clerical, and logistical assistance.

Experience:

Jewellery Industry experience is must and should have an experience between 3 -8 yrs

Remuneration best in the industry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?14,494.20 - ?43,675.83 per month

Work Location: In person
