- Dynamic Lighting Solutions LLP is a growing player in the LED lighting and electrical solutions industry. We are expanding our footprint across Odisha and are looking for dynamic, result-oriented sales professionals to strengthen our market presence.

We are seeking motivated Sales Executives with relevant experience in the lighting or electrical industry who can drive sales growth, build strong channel partnerships, and expand our dealer and distributor network across Odisha.

Key Responsibilities

Generate primary and secondary sales in the assigned territory Appoint and manage distributors and dealers Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Conduct regular market visits and retailer meetings Monitor competitor activities and market trends Ensure timely reporting of sales activities and forecasts Support promotional activities and brand visibility initiatives

Eligibility Criteria

Experience:

3-5 years in sales

Industry Preference:

LED lighting / electrical industry experience is mandatory Strong communication and negotiation skills Good local market knowledge of Odisha Target-driven and self-motivated Willingness to travel within assigned territory
