Role and Responsibilities :- To understand the existing clients and requirement flows And work towards growing and enhancing customer relationships by getting more business.- To identify and explore new IT Staffing business opportunities both from open market and references And by cold calling, Emailing and Personal visits as per Guidance given by management.- To initiate plan and create sales pipeline with special focus to place available bench resources preferably with end clients And sometimes through agencies.- To organize customer satisfaction surveys and submit results with management.- To gather competitors info and share the same with management.
