Develops new sales opportunities and address needs of the larger accounts2. Robust pipeline development by ensuring Forecast development.3. Responsible for monthly orders and sales performance as aligned with targets for the assigned dealers and distributor accounts.4. Develop Strategic and tactical plans.5. Business intelligence by being able to actively network to industrial Stakeholders including but not limited to pricing, Competition product positioning, Channel partners etc..6. Serves as a resource and or liason to provide technical information to internal and external groups7. Maintains high level of Customer Satisfaction through in depth knowledge of Customers, Organisation, mutually trusting relationships with key decision makers and account dedication8. Implement Channel and Merchandise program9. Tracking call cycle based on potential of dealers10. Evaluation of outflow and out come of the Schemes floated from time to time.11. Evaluation of various fairs which take place in India at different location so as to develop plans based on footfall and business requirementsAbout the Position : 1. Business understanding to handle dealers and distributors in regular trade2. Over all understanding of the electrical product portfolio ranging from wires to cables, lighting,, switches and switch gears.3. Knowledge of distribution network channel business exposure, Order booking procedures, interactions with factories, logistics, service teams to address channel queries4. Invoicing procedure connect with accounts for payment collections5. Good knowledge of the Business process.6. Exposure to daily MIS analysis, Forecasting and actionable plan to meet the forecast7. Achieve OB and sales target8. Identify potential Growth areas and appoint Direct Dealers/Distributors wherever necessary in consultation with superiors9.
