Job Description

Overview:
This candidate will develop and showcase their ability to develop and produce total portfolio business plans as sales communication. This role will have skills in building strong team dynamic, dealing with business leads, & influencing execution throughout the selling organization to deliver results.
The successful candidate will have highly developed interpersonal and communication skills. The Playbook Communications Coordinator must be highly organized, detail oriented and be possess the ability proactively identify opportunities to aid in selling and execution communications. The successful candidate will be flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced environment and changing priorities. Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with brand and marketing to maintain fair and accurate schedules to deliver high quality work consistently and on time
  • Maintaining communication and alignment between multiple cross functional teams, sales and supply chain
  • Work closely with sales teams and act as the liaison between FLNA Marketing and FLNA Sales Commercialization
  • Ability to synthesis large quantity of information into a simple consolidated story
  • Populate marketing templates with accurate brand programming information; to include but not limited to data analytics, graphics, social and digital information
  • Navigate internal organization to update all materials prior to distribution
  • Collection/Coordinator of all Sales team selling materials templates for account managers
  • Lead and develop effective field communication to enable execution of key sales and marketing priorities
  • Work on special projects and ad hoc requests as assigned (ex. Lead development of annual period playbook calendar)
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of CPG Sales Support and/or Marketing Support Experience
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients both internal and external
  • Strong problem-solving, communications, and relationship-building skills
  • Presentation skills and proven ability to decision making are a must
  • Self-motivation and ability to work under quick deadlines
  • Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Strong Knowledge of PowerPoint, Microsoft Systems (TEAMS, Office, Word, Excel)
