Major responsibilities: (most important tasks, not more than 8 headlines, defined in 2-3 sentences only)
1. Sales Target: Responsible for sales of Agriculture & Domestic segment group of pumpsets namely 100mm, 150 mm , 200mm & above , Monosub ,Ulltra, Mini monobloc, Amaporter, KRTU, Conti cable & other traded products in the product group. Meeting sales targets & Budget of BO Jaipur/ assigned territory in Agriculture & Domestic segment.
2. Sales Network: To liaison with dealers, sub dealers, contractors, end customers, govt departments, Institutions for product sales. To find out new potential area & appointment of dealers. Regular visits to dealers, sub-dealers & direct customers for business development & enquiry generation.
3. Target Fixation: Target fixation of individual dealers in assigned area consulting with Branch Manager & Superiors. Monthly monitoring of MOU & budget & corrective actions to achieve the targets. Target fixation of ASR & Weekly plan for sales activities. Monitoring the effectiveness of ASR.
4. Training & Development: Sales & Technical support to dealers. Identifying the training needs of dealers & arranging the same at Plant or local level. Taking care of training of sub-dealers, mechanics, plumbers. All product/ Sales related training to ASR & Dealer manpower.
5. Advertisement & Sales Promotional Activities: Effective utilisation of company's Advertisement budget in assigned area to develop the market for growth. Effective utilisation of Media, road shows, customer/ sub dealer -meets etc.
6. Material Planning & Forecast: Indenting & rolling forecast for Jaipur godown. Compilation of forecast of dealers into godown indent. Arranging material to dealers / customers. Intergodown transfers for sales.
7. MIS : All Branch related Sales , godown , inventory monthly reports to management or any special report as desired from time to time. Competitor activities, new development in the market, information regarding new project activity. MIS related to service, product performance, product requirement etc.
8. Documents & Records: Performing work & keeping records as per company guidelines under ISO 9001-2015 & applicable standards & QN pertaining to Agriculture & Domestic group of pump sets. Keeping documents & records as per latest dealership policy.
