: To drive retail sales growth through referral channels by actively engaging with General Practitioners (GPs), Resident Welfare Associations (RWAs), and community outreach program. The role requires field presence, and execution of outreach activities to generate leads and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
To build and maintain and grow strong relationships with GPs, Physicians, HCFs and other external referrers to generate consistent patient referral for OPD and IPD.
Identify and onboard new referral doctors in assigned territory.
Conduct regular clinic visits, follow-ups and relationship building meetings.
Organize CMEs , Camp activities and doctors engagement programs.
Organize community outreach programs where required.
Daily reporting of visits, leads and referrals.
Track referral volume, conversion ratio and speciality wise contribution.
Achieve monthly referral targets for OPD and IPD
Education
: Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PG in Marketing preferred).
Experience:
4-5 years in referral sales.
Skills & Attributes
