Role Overview

Responsible for managing day-to-day store sales, operations, inventory control, reporting, staff coordination, and ensuring a smooth premium customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the Ramalaya store.

- Monitor sales conversion, footfall, AOV, and customer engagement.

- Manage store operations including VM, SOP adherence, billing, hygiene, and customer service.

- Coordinate stock levels, replenishment, shrinkage control, and ERP entries.

- Supervise and train store staff to maintain productivity and brand standards.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operations reports for management.

- Ensure premium in-store customer experience aligned with Prabhu Shriram brand values.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong experience in retail operations and premium store management.

- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.

- Team management and staff training capabilities.

- Understanding of luxury/premium customer behaviour.

- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel reporting.

- Strong execution ability and problem-solving skills.
