Develop and implement sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets for residential projects (apartments, plots, and luxury floors).
Lead Management:
Convert marketing-generated leads into sales through effective follow-ups, presentations, and property tours.
Channel Partner Management:
Build and nurture a network of real estate brokers and channel partners to ensure a steady flow of prospective buyers.
Should know how to manage and approach leads as well as source business from cold leads
Site Visits & Presentations:
Conduct professional site visits, explaining project USPs, floor plans, payment schedules, and legal compliance (HARERA).
Market Intelligence:
Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and new launches in the Delhi-NCR region to adjust sales tactics.
Local Knowledge:
In-depth understanding of
HARERA (Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority)
regulations and Gurgaon's geography.
Soft Skills:
Exceptional communication and "storytelling" abilities.
Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to work in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.
