Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sourcing, evaluating, and hiring top-tier talent across functions and levels, with a strong focus on mid-to-senior-level hiring. Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level positions across various departments.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and build effective sourcing strategies.
Utilize multiple sourcing channels (portals, social media, referrals, headhunting) to identify potential candidates.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate further interview rounds.
Maintain strong candidate pipelines for critical roles.
Manage offer negotiation and onboarding process.
Track and report recruitment metrics and performance.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Collaborate with external recruitment agencies when necessary.
Stay updated with market trends and industry benchmarks.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
Proven experience hiring for mid and senior-level positions.
Excellent sourcing and headhunting skills.
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in using Naukri, LinkedIn, etc., and recruitment tools.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field preferred.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in volume hiring or niche roles.
Knowledge of employer branding and recruitment marketing.
Familiarity with HR analytics and recruitment dashboards.
