We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented
Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving property sales, generating leads, converting prospects, and providing exceptional service to clients.
Key Responsibilities
:
Generate leads through various online/offline sources including networking, cold calling, referrals, social media, and property portals.
Conduct site visits with clients and provide detailed information about the project(s).
Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions based on their budget and preferences.
Maintain regular follow-ups with potential customers and convert them into sales.
Prepare and present sales proposals and agreements to customers
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Maintain and update the CRM system regularly with client interactions and status.
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth closure and documentation.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.
Qualifications
:
Bachelor's degree in any field
2-7 years of experience in real estate sales or similar field.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent presentation and persuasion skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
