We are seeking a Senior Executive - Sales to contribute to our premium residential project sales through effective lead handling, presentations, and customer consultation.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with walk-in clients and deliver professional site presentations
Conduct lead qualification and manage financial discussions
Assist in negotiation and closure processes
Maintain accurate booking documentation
Work closely with Channel Partners for lead coordination
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Monthly booking achievement
Conversion ratio
Lead follow-up performance
Qualifications:
6-8 years of experience in real estate or property sales
Strong interpersonal and customer engagement skills
Ability to meet targets and close deals independently
