Overview
The role is responsible for end-to-end procurement and financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all processes. This role serves as a subject matter expert (SME) for brand-related procurement and budget management activities, providing operational support and driving process improvements.
Responsibilities

• Create purchase requisitions (PR) and share purchase orders (PO) with business partners.
• Manage complete PO lifecycle, including budget setup, vendor coordination, and marketing management.
• Act as an SME for brand and team on PO & Budget Management processes.
• Handle business and vendor queries, perform invoice reconciliation, and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain strong control environment through accurate vendor setup, invoice posting, and document verification.
• Provide periodic performance and process reports to stakeholders.
• Apply procurement knowledge across requisition-to-payment (R2P) processes.
• Work on cross charges and journal entries for accurate financial postings.
• Coordinate with MDM team for vendor creation and maintenance in SAP, Ariba, and Oracle systems.
• Support communication with reporting vertical leaders and business partners on project spending, PO workflow tracking, and quality checks.
• Continuously enhance existing processes based on end-user and business partner feedback.

Qualifications
Graduate/ Postgraduate with 2-4 years relevant exeperince
