The team is in a period of growth and is expanding its size and scope across almost all global locations. As part of this expansion, we are seeking to hire a Voice Admin Resource. Vodafone is changing, and this means the way we recruit new talent is changing too. Driving operational excellence and process governance around all internal and external hiring is a critical element of how Vodafone bring in the best talent.

Job Responsibility

  • Support the Resourcing BP's by managing transactions within the Resourcing processes
  • Facilitate Internal hiring transactions by ensuring process compliance & EXX
  • Providing support across the interview scheduling part of the resourcing process
  • Working closely with the wider resourcing team, hiring managers and internal/external candidates
  • Responsible for coordinating interview availability, confirming schedules and appropriate materials with hiring managers/candidates
  • Feedback management to candidates and ensure CX
  • Update SSF at each stage of process
  • Ensuring effective resourcing delivery is within the agreed SLA's
Requirements
  • Resourcing/HR Administration
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate with recruiters, hiring managers and candidates in a positive and engaging way
  • Good planning and organisation skills, with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to think creatively and practically - good problem-solving skills
  • Agile ways of working would be useful but not essential
