Role Overview
The Senior Executive will lead project coordination, documentation, proposal development, and stakeholder engagement. The position requires strong conceptual writing abilities, analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple program responsibilities while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
1. Proposal Ideation, Research & Writing
Lead development of project proposals, concept notes, and donor communication materials.
Conduct research, analyze program data, and prepare high-quality documents.
Draft donor reports, thematic write-ups, and strategic content.
2. Reporting, Monitoring & Record-Keeping
Oversee preparation of progress reports, case studies, and documentation of field activities.
Ensure MIS maintenance, data accuracy, and timely submission of reports.
Maintain consistency and alignment with organizational documentation standards.
3. Coordination & Leadership
Coordinate with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders for smooth implementation.
Lead planning, execution, and monitoring of project work plans.
Mentor junior team members on documentation and reporting processes.
Support strategic decision-making at the program level.
4. Field Engagement
Travel to project locations to monitor activities and ensure quality implementation.
Qualifications
Master's degree in Social Work, Rural Development, Sociology, Development Studies, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
within the NGO or development sector.
Skills Required
Strong research, analytical, and writing skills.
Demonstrated experience in proposal writing, budgeting, documentation, and report preparation.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to lead teams and work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects.
Understanding of local communities and social issues.
Willingness to travel.
