Job Description

To create CNC Programs for turning and machining centre.
Cutting tool selection and process optimisation for machining new components on all CNC Machines
Carry-out estimate for components machining in CNC Machines
Monitoring and controlling to reduce, rework, rejections and tools consumption in CNC Machines.
Taking corrective actions for any deviations in output and quality in CNC Machines.
Ensure available of part program and special tools for all component machining in CNC Machines.
Maintaining all relevant dat and programmes to call CNC Machines.
Adhering IMS requirements
Adhering API & TSG certification requiremnts.
Ensure 5S in the area
Required Functional Skills
Valve Product Knowledgeand its manufacturing process
Wellversed in CNC Programming and machining.
