Main Purpose of Job
Sippoer in small or medium R&D project swith a high impact on the business. Assist in managing the project on the R&D/development side in alignment with Nestle Continuous Excellence (NCE) initiative. Interact proactively with the other functions, especially the business lead and operations to ensure the overall project objectives.

- Provide continuous support to ensure the future commercial success of the business by considering the whole picture and the context of this project and future projects
- Support in End to End projects' management in NPDI that are within timelines and project costs.

Product Development
- New product development as per the Project brief (Innovation/ Renovation)
- Innovation concept development to continuosly feed to the innovation pipeline for the category
- Identifying new opportunity areas, collaboration with external partners in order to fuel.build the innovation pipeline so as to be leading in the category No of IDF/ Patents

- Effective resource planning- Ensure the resources are available for the project as required

- Enhance the interaction and collaboration between the various specialists, within the NPTC Food and across R&D Units, Technical and Business Units and with external partners

- Build long term relationship with external partners (3rd parties)
- Participate in the selection of external partners Ensure continuity (reduce turn-over)

- Has proven communication skills (Presents confidently and convincingly to steering committees.)
