About the Role:



We are seeking a

highly organized and experienced Senior Executive - Procurement

to oversee and manage end-to-end procurement operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong vendor management skills, a keen eye for cost optimization, and a proven ability to ensure timely delivery of quality materials and services.

This role requires excellent communication skills in

English, Kannada, and Hindi

, strong negotiation abilities, and a proactive approach to managing procurement functions in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage the complete

procurement cycle

, including vendor identification, quotation comparison, negotiation, purchase order processing, and material delivery coordination. Develop and maintain effective relationships with

suppliers and internal stakeholders

to ensure smooth procurement operations. Evaluate vendor performance regularly to ensure quality, reliability, and compliance with company standards. Analyze and monitor

procurement budgets

, ensuring cost control and value optimization. Coordinate with project, design, and finance teams to ensure timely availability of required materials and services. Maintain accurate and up-to-date

records of purchases, pricing, and delivery information

. Identify opportunities for

process improvement

and implement more efficient purchasing practices. Ensure compliance with company policies, terms, and statutory regulations in all procurement activities.

Qualifications & Experience:



Bachelor's degree in

Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

.

4-6 years of proven experience

in procurement, preferably in corporate, events, marketing, or media-related industries. Strong understanding of

vendor management, sourcing strategies, and negotiation techniques

.

Excellent communication skills in English

and proficiency in

Kannada and Hindi

(mandatory). Good knowledge of

MS Office and procurement management tools/software

. Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.

Pay: ?480,000.00 - ?500,000.00 per year
